The tables and chairs are both heavily modified from their original forms. They were taken from Final Fantasy II/IV, then the table was enlarged and given an appropriate shadow, and the chairs (originally stools) were reshaped slightly and given backs. The floor and wall are also heavily modified and taken from FFIV. The boards for the wall are actually a stretched out version of the top of some bookcase, or cabinet, or something, and the floor is a repeating pattern taken from a different, similar sprite. I think it works out well in the end.
